Oxfam in Nigeria invites reputable, eligible, and qualified vendors to submit quotations for the Supply of Fans, Microwave and Refrigerator. Vendors must demonstrate reliability, capacity, compliance with specifications, and adherence to Oxfam procurement and ethical standards.

DELIVERY INFORMATION

Delivery Location: Gesse Phase 2, Birnin-Kebbi, Kebbi State
Delivery Timeline: Within 5 calendar days after issuance of Purchase Order
Delivery Responsibility: Supplier handles full delivery to the destination (DDP).
Aftersales Service: Vendor will be responsible for periodic maintenance of the items.
Inspection: Items will be inspected for compliance with specifications prior acceptance

PAYMENT TERMS

100% payment after full delivery and acceptance of goods
Payment within 30 days after invoice submission
2% WHT will be deducted and remitted to NRS according to Nigerian regulations
a 7.5% VAT will be added to the total invoice amount. You are responsible for the appropriate remittance of this tax to NRS
